ShotWitness is a label-scan double-check and private injection log for GLP-1s, insulin, and other home shots. You photograph the vial, pen, or bottle label, compare the drug and dose with what was ordered, and log the dose and injection site on your phone.
It is a helper. It is not FDA cleared or approved and does not give medical advice.
Label reading can make mistakes, for example reading "10 mg" as "1 mg". Retake the photo closer, flat-on, and without glare, or type the details in yourself. Always compare the result with the label yourself, and if anything looks off, stop and ask your pharmacist or provider before you inject.
That means it couldn't read that detail on the label with confidence. Retake the photo closer and in better light, or type it in yourself and ask your pharmacist.
On your device. Label photos and your log stay on your phone, and we never receive them. No account is needed.
To clear only your scan log, use Delete all history on the History screen. Deleting the app (or clearing this site's data in your browser) also removes everything stored on that device.

No. It doesn't tell you what dose to take, and it can't tell what is actually inside a vial or pen. "Looks the same" doesn't mean a medicine or dose is right or safe for you.
Always confirm every medication with your doctor, nurse, pharmacist, or vet. ShotWitness doesn't replace your prescriber's instructions.
